Following the classical dance studies at the National Acadamy of Dance in Budapest, Eszter Salamon moves to France in 1992, and works with choreographers such as Sidonie Rochon, Mathilde Monnier and Francois Verret.

In 2000, she presents with Brenda Edwards the duo Où Sont Les Femmes ? as part of «Potlatch Dérives» at the festival Montpellier Danse 2000.

In 2001, she creates the solo What A Body You Have, Honey in Nurenberg. The same year she presents Giszelle in collaboration with Xavier le Roy for the event «Le vif du sujet» for the Festival d'Avignon 2001.

In 2002, she creates in collaboration with Herman Diephuis and Simone Verde Répétition d’Un Travail En Cours within the programme «Hors séries» at the Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier. She presents 18 women from the age of 7 to 74 Woman Inc.© at the Comédie de Clermont-Ferrand.

In 2003, she assists in the direction and the choreography of the opera Theater der Wiederholungen by Bernhard Lang, at the «Steirischer Herbst» festival, Graz - cultural capital 2003.

In 2004, she presents Reproduction for the Körperstimmen «n° 9» festival at Podewil Berlin where she is artist-in-residence. She is a laureate of the "Villa Medici Hors les Murs" scholarship.

In May 2005, Eszter Salamon presents Magyar Tancok, in the frame of the «Les Intranquilles» festival in Lyon and stages the music of Karim Haddad in the frame of the project Seven attempted excapes from Silence at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Berlin.

At the beginning of 2006, the premier of Nvsbl took place at the Coreographischen Zentrum NRW-PACT Zollverein, Essen.

In 2007, she presented AND THEN in Lyon, Les Subsistances, France, and with Aranxta Martinez a concert-performance called Without you I am nothing.

In the frame of the Kunstenfestivaldearts, in Burssels, in May 2008, she presented together with Christine De Smedt the duet Dance #1 / Driftworks. Currently, she is participating with a choreographic research project 6M1L (6 Month 1 Place), at the Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier, France.

Après une formation de danse classique à l’Académie Nationale de Danse de Budapest, elle s’installe en France où elle collabore entre 1992 et 2000, avec les chorégraphes Sidonie Rochon, Mathilde Monnier et François Verret.

En 2000, elle crée le duo Où Sont Les Femmes ? avec Brenda Edwards pour l’événement «Potlatch Dérives» au festival Montpellier Danse 2000.

Elle crée Woman Inc.© avec dix-huit femmes âgées de 7 à 74 ans à la Comédie de Clermont-Ferrand.

En 2003, elle assiste à la mise en scène et à la chorégraphie de l’opéra de Bernhard Lang intitulé Theater der Wiederholungen dans le cadre du festival «Steirischer Herbst», Graz - cultural capital 2003.

En 2004, Eszter Salamon crée la pièce de groupe Reproduction au festival «Körperstimmen n° 9», à Podewil-Berlin où elle est artist-en-residence. Elle est lauréate de la bourse «Villa Medici Hors le Murs».

En mai 2005, elle présente Magyar Tancok, dans le cadre du festival «Les Intranquilles» à Lyon, parallèlement, Eszter Salamon conçoit une mise en scène sur la musique de Karim Haddad dans le cadre de Seven attempted escapes from Silence, un projet du Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Berlin.

En 2006, Nvsbl est créé au Choreographisches Zentrum NRW-PACT Zollverein d'Essen.

En 2007, Eszter Salamon présente en première à Lyon aux Subsistances AND THEN et à Berlin en collaboration avec Aranxta Martinez Without you I am nothing, un concert-performance.

Fin mai 2008, dans le cadre du Kunstenfestivaldesarts à Bruxelles, ensemble avec Christine De Smedt, elle présente le duo Dance #1 / Driftworks, puis participe au peojet de recherche chorégraphique 6M1L (6 Mois 1 Lieu), qui a lieu au Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier, France.

Nach Abschluss ihrer klassischen Tanzausbildung an der Budapester Nationalen Tanzakademie kollaboriert Eszter Salamon seit 1992, in Frankreich mit Choreographen wie Sidonie Rochon, Mathilde Monnier und François Verret.

 Im Jahr 2000, erabeitet sie mit Brenda Edwards im Rahmen von «Potlatch Dérives» Festival Montpellier Danse 2000 das Duo Où Sont Les Femmes ?

 2001, entstehen die Solostücke What A Body You Have, Honey, Erstaufführung in Nürnberg, sowie im Rahmen von «Le Vif du Sujet» für das Festival d’Avignon, in Zusammenarbeit mit Xavier Le Roy Giszelle.

2002, präsentiert sie im CCN Montpellier in der Reihe «Hors Séries» in Zusammenarbeit mit Herman Diephuis und Simone Verde eine Répétition Publique d’Un Travail En Cours. Auf Einladung der Comédie von Clermont-Ferrand kreiert Eszter Salamon Ende 2002 Woman Inc.© mit 18 Frauen im Alter zwischen 7 bis 74 Jahren.

2003, war sie beteiligt als Assistenz für Regie und Choreographie am Musiktheater von Bernhard Lang, Das Theater der Wiederholungen Festival «Steirischer Herbst», Graz.

 2004, ist sie Artist-in-Residence im Podewil, TanzWerkstatt Berlin, wo im Rahmen von «Körperstimmen n° 9» das Gruppenstück Reproduction zur Uraufführung kommt. Sie ist Stipendiatin der «Villa Médicis Hors les Murs».

Im Mai 2005, präsentiert sie im Rahmen des Festivals «Les Intranquilles», Lyon, Magyar Tancok. Ebenso inszeniert sie die Musik von Karim Haddad im Rahmen von Seven attempted escapes from Silence, ein Projekt der Berliner Staatsoper Unter den Linden.

Am Choreographischen Zentrum NRW-PACT Zollverein war sie 2006 mit der Uraufführung von Nvsbl zu sehen.

2007, präsentiere sie AND THEN in Lyon in den «Subsistances» sowie gemeinsam mit Aranxta MArtinez ein Koncert-Performance mit dem Titel Without you I am nothing.

Ende Mai 2008, im Rahmen des Kunstenfestivaldesarts präsentiert sie gemeinsam mit Christine De Smedt die Premiere des Duetts Dance #1 / Driftworks. Momentan nimmt sie teil an dem choreographischen Research-Projekt 6M1L (6 Monate 1 Ort), das am Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier, Frankreich stattfindet.

Salamon Eszter táncos-koreográfus, az Állami Balettintézet, a mai Nemzeti Táncakadémia egykori növendéke. 1991-ben Franciaországban európai és amerikai tánctanároktól tanult kortárs táncot.

1993-tól 2000-ig Párizsban, késöbb pedig a Montpellier-ben lévö Nemzeti Koreográfiai Központban Mathilde Monnier francia koreográfussal táncolt. 2000-ben François Verret koreográfussal dolgozott együtt. Ebben az évben fogott egyéni alkotómunkába az Où Sont Les Femmes ? (Hol vannak a nök) címü tánckettössel, melyet Brenda Edwards angol táncosnövel közösen a 2000-i Montpellier-i Nemzetközi Táncfesztiválon mutatott be.

2001-töl önálló müvészként Berlinben él és dolgozik, elsö szólódarabját What A Body You Have, Honey címmel Nürnbergben készítette. A 2001. évi Avignon-i Nemzetközi Fesztiválon, meghívott elöadómüvészként, Xavier Le Roy, francia származású és Berlinben élö koreográfussal közösen készített szólómüvét, a Giszelle-t mutatta be.

2002-ben Simone Verde olasz filozófiahallgatóval és Herman Diephuis holland táncos-koreográfussal közös alkotómunkában vett részt: a Répétition Public d’Un Travail En Cours, (Egy folyamatban lévö munka nyilvános próbája) címü tánckettöst a montpellier-i Nemzeti Koreográfiai Központban adták elö. 2002-ben a franciaországi Clermont-Ferrand Operaházában mutatták be a tizennyolc, 7 és 74 év közötti nem hivatásos nöi szereplövel elkészített Woman inc.© címü produkcióját. 2002-ben Németországban megkapta az innovatív elöadásért és a kiváló táncos elnevezésért járó kritikusok díját.

2003-ban Bernhard Lang Theater der Wiederholungen cimü operájának rendezöi és koreográfusi asszisztense - festival «Steirischer Herbst», Graz - cultural capital 2003.

2004-ben meghívott müvészként a Reproduction címü darabját mutatta be nyolc táncossal a berlini Podewil-ben. Ebben az évben a «Villa Medici Hors les Murs» francia müvészeti ösztöndíj nyertese.

2005 májusában a Magyar Táncok címü darabjának az elsö verzioját a lyoni «Les Intranquilles» Fesztivál keretében mutatja be. Müvei több európai városban és táncfesztiválon láthatók.
